The consumer information applicable to each transaction consists of the identity, contact, billing and delivery information entered or confirmed by the consumer during checkout. The consumer is responsible for checking the accuracy of this information before submitting the order.3. Main Characteristics of the Goods
The main characteristics of the goods, including the product name, model, material, dimensions, quantity, contents and other relevant specifications, are provided on the relevant product page and, where applicable, in the cart and checkout summary. The consumer should review the product information before completing the purchase.4. Price and Total Amount Payable
The sales price applicable to the relevant order is the price displayed to the consumer before the order is confirmed. The checkout summary will display, as applicable:- Product price and quantity

- Taxes
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Any other applicable charge disclosed before purchase

5. Payment
The payment methods currently available for a particular transaction are displayed during checkout. Depending on the payment infrastructure available at the time of purchase, payment methods may include credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT or other payment services offered through authorised payment service providers. The consumer is informed immediately before submitting the order that confirming the order creates an obligation to pay the stated order total.6. Delivery
Online orders are currently delivered within Türkiye. The applicable delivery method, shipping charge and available delivery information are displayed during the ordering process where relevant. Unless a different period is validly agreed for the relevant product or transaction, delivery will be performed within the period required by applicable Turkish consumer legislation. Where no other delivery period has been committed, goods subject to distance sales are dispatched/delivered within the applicable statutory maximum period.7. Shipping and Delivery Costs
Any shipping or delivery charge payable by the consumer will be disclosed before the order is confirmed. Where YiğitSteel offers free shipping or another shipping promotion, the applicable conditions will be displayed during the purchase process.8. Right of Withdrawal
Except where a statutory exception applies, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 dayswithout providing a reason and without contractual penalty.

9. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

10. Returning Goods After Withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal notification, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable legislation. YiğitSteel will provide the applicable return instructions and, where relevant, information concerning the designated return shipping provider.

The designated return carrier for each order will normally be the same shipping carrier used to deliver that specific order to the consumer, unless YiğitSteel provides different return instructions.
The consumer should contact online@yigitkitchen.com.tr before dispatching the return in order to receive the return instructions and, where available, the return shipping code applicable to that specific order.
Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer legislation and the pre-contractual information provided for the relevant order.
12. Refunds
Following a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within the periods and under the conditions required by applicable legislation.
Refunds will be made using a method compatible with the payment method used for the purchase and without imposing an unlawful cost or obligation on the consumer.
The time required for a completed refund to appear in the consumer's account may additionally depend on the relevant bank or payment service provider.
13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception expressly provided by applicable legislation is applicable to the relevant transaction.
This may include, where the statutory conditions are met, goods manufactured or prepared according to the consumer's specifications or personal needs and other goods or services expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.
The applicability of an exception will be assessed according to the nature of the relevant product and the mandatory legal requirements.
14. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from the consumer's rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
If a product is damaged, defective, incomplete or does not conform to the contract, the consumer retains the mandatory rights provided under applicable Turkish consumer legislation.
