Commercial Electronic Communication Consent

This Commercial Electronic Communication Consent explains the optional consent process for promotional and marketing communications sent by YiğitSteel Madeni Mutfak Eşyaları Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“YiğitSteel”).
Providing this consent is voluntary. It is not a condition for creating a customer account or purchasing products through yigitkitchen.com.tr.

2. Scope of Consent
If you voluntarily provide consent, YiğitSteel may send commercial electronic communications to the communication channels for which you have given permission, subject to applicable legislation.
Such communications may include information concerning:
- Products and collections
- Campaigns and promotions
- Discounts and special offers
- New products
- Announcements
- Customer benefits
- Marketing activities relating to YiğitSteel products and services
3. Communication Channels
Commercial electronic communications may be sent through the communication channels for which the recipient has provided valid consent, such as:
- SMS
- Telephone calls
- Other electronic communication channels permitted under applicable legislation
YiğitSteel will use only the channels covered by the relevant consent and applicable legal requirements.
4. Voluntary Consent
Consent to receive commercial electronic communications is optional.
Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent the customer from:
- Using the website
- Creating a customer account
- Placing an order
- Receiving an existing order
- Exercising cancellation, return or warranty rights
- Receiving customer service
5. Transactional Communications
Communications necessary for the performance or management of an order, payment, delivery, account security, customer service request, return, refund, warranty process or legal obligation are not treated as optional marketing communications merely because they are sent electronically.
Where legally permitted or required, such service-related communications may therefore continue even if marketing consent has not been given or has subsequently been withdrawn.
6. Personal Data
Personal data used in connection with commercial electronic communications will be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.

7. Consent Records
Where required by applicable legislation, records relating to commercial electronic communication consent, refusal and withdrawal may be retained and managed for the applicable legal periods.
Where legally required, relevant consent and refusal information may also be processed through the applicable official commercial electronic communication management system.
8. Withdrawal of Consent
The recipient may withdraw commercial electronic communication consent at any time through the refusal or unsubscribe method provided in the relevant communication or through other methods made available in accordance with applicable legislation.
A withdrawal request does not affect the lawfulness of communications sent on the basis of valid consent before the withdrawal became effective.
9. Effect of Withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal request, promotional communications covered by that withdrawal will be stopped within the period required by applicable legislation.
Withdrawal of marketing consent does not terminate the customer's membership account and does not affect existing orders, warranties, returns or other contractual rights.
10. Separate Consent
Acceptance of the Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, Preliminary Information Form or Distance Sales Agreement does not by itself constitute consent to receive optional commercial electronic communications.
Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately through the relevant consent mechanism.
11. Changes
This text may be updated where necessary due to changes in legislation, communication channels or YiğitSteel’s commercial communication practices.
The current version will be published on yigitkitchen.com.tr.
