This Privacy Notice has been prepared by YiğitSteel Madeni Mutfak Eşyaları Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“YiğitSteel” or the “Company”) in its capacity as data controller in order to provide information regarding the processing of personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Payments made through the website may be processed by banks, card networks and authorised payment service providers.

Where payment processing is carried out directly through such providers, YiğitSteel does not intentionally retain complete payment card numbers, card security codes or online banking passwords within its own website systems.

Information necessary for payment confirmation, accounting, refunds and transaction records may be processed to the extent required for those purposes.

9. Shipping and Delivery Information

Online orders are currently delivered within Türkiye.

Information necessary for delivery, including the recipient's name, delivery address, telephone number and relevant order or shipment information, may be transferred to contracted shipping and logistics providers for the purposes of preparing, delivering and tracking shipments.

10. Commercial Electronic Communications

Where permitted under applicable legislation, customers may receive communications relating to products, campaigns, promotions and similar commercial activities.

Withdrawal of marketing permission does not prevent YiğitSteel from sending communications that are necessary for orders, payments, deliveries, customer service, security or other transactional and legal purposes.

  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions provided by applicable legislation
  • To request notification of correction, deletion or destruction operations to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, where applicable
  • To object to a result arising against the person through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
  • To request compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of personal data
