International delivery is not offered through the standard online checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Seller will prepare and deliver the order in accordance with the delivery conditions communicated for the relevant transaction and applicable legislation.
Unless a different legally valid delivery period is agreed for the relevant transaction, the goods will be delivered within the applicable statutory period.
Where applicable under Turkish consumer legislation, the statutory maximum delivery period for goods is generally 30 days, subject to legally recognised exceptions.
10. Shipping Carrier
The shipping carrier applicable to the relevant order will be determined by the Seller according to the delivery address, parcel characteristics, operational requirements and available contracted shipping services.
The carrier actually used for the order may be shown in the shipment or tracking information provided to the Buyer.
The Seller's responsibilities relating to delivery, loss or damage before delivery remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer legislation.
11. Delivery Address and Receipt
The goods will be delivered to the address specified or confirmed by the Buyer during checkout.
If the Buyer notices an error in the delivery information after submitting the order, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible.
If a parcel shows visible signs of serious transportation damage, the Buyer is encouraged to notify the carrier and, where reasonably possible, have the condition recorded at delivery.
Failure to obtain such a record does not by itself remove the Buyer's mandatory statutory rights.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Except where a statutory exception applies, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 days without providing a reason and without contractual penalty.
For contracts concerning goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date on which the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the goods, subject to the rules applicable to the relevant delivery.
The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between conclusion of the Agreement and delivery of the goods.
13. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer must notify the Seller of the decision to withdraw before expiry of the applicable withdrawal period by means of a clear statement using a legally permitted method or durable medium.
Withdrawal and return requests may be sent to:
online@yigitkitchen.com.tr
The Buyer may also use any cancellation or return functionality made available through yigitkitchen.com.tr.
14. Return of Goods
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the goods within the period required by applicable legislation.
The designated return carrier for an order will normally be the same shipping carrier used to deliver that specific order to the Buyer, unless the Seller provides different return instructions.
The Buyer should contact YiğitSteel before dispatching the return in order to receive the return instructions and, where available, the return shipping code applicable to that specific order.

Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer legislation and the pre-contractual information provided for the relevant order.
Where the Seller is legally required to bear the return shipping cost and the Buyer follows the designated return procedure, an unauthorised return shipping charge will not be imposed on the Buyer.
16. Refund Following Withdrawal
Where the Buyer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller will process the amounts required to be refunded within the periods and under the conditions required by applicable legislation.
The refund will be made using a method compatible with the original payment method and without imposing an unlawful cost on the Buyer.
After the Seller initiates or completes the refund, the time required for the amount to appear in the Buyer's account may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
17. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception expressly provided under applicable legislation applies to the relevant transaction.
Such exceptions may include, where the applicable statutory conditions are satisfied, goods manufactured or prepared according to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs and other goods or services expressly excluded from the withdrawal right by law.
An exception will be applied only where the legal conditions applicable to the relevant product and transaction are satisfied.
18. Use of Returned Goods and Diminished Value
The Buyer is responsible only for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, to the extent provided by applicable legislation.
The condition of a returned product will be evaluated according to the nature of the product, the circumstances of the return and applicable mandatory consumer legislation.
19. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Incorrect Goods
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from the Buyer's rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
If goods are delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the Agreement, the Buyer retains the mandatory rights available under applicable Turkish consumer legislation.
To help evaluate the request, the Seller may request the order number, photographs of the product or packaging and other information reasonably necessary to identify and assess the issue.
20. Warranty
Unless a different legally valid product-specific condition applies, YiğitSteel products sold through yigitkitchen.com.tr are generally covered by a 2-year warranty.
Warranty rights are separate from and do not restrict the Buyer's mandatory rights relating to defective goods.
Further information is available in the Warranty & After-Sales Support policy.
21. Cancellation Before Shipment
Where operationally possible, the Buyer may request cancellation before the order enters the shipping process.
If the order has already entered the delivery process, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible and the Buyer may instead exercise the applicable statutory withdrawal and return rights.
22. Impossibility of Performance
If fulfilment of the order becomes impossible, the Seller will inform the Buyer and perform any refund or other obligation required under applicable legislation within the applicable statutory period.
Stock-related circumstances will be evaluated in accordance with the rules applicable to distance sales and will not automatically be treated as legal impossibility where applicable legislation provides otherwise.

Email: online@yigitkitchen.com.tr
Telephone: +90 212 659 77 17
24. Consumer Disputes
The Buyer may exercise the dispute resolution and application rights provided under applicable Turkish consumer legislation.

25. Personal Data
Personal data relating to the order and performance of this Agreement will be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
Further information is provided in the Seller's Gizlilik Politikası, KVKK Aydınlatma Metni and Çerez Politikası.
26. Electronic Records
The Seller may retain electronic records relating to the order, Preliminary Information Form, this Agreement, payment, delivery and other transaction information for the periods required or permitted under applicable legislation.
The Buyer may save or print the Agreement and relevant order information for future reference.
27. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or waives any mandatory right granted to the Buyer under applicable Turkish consumer legislation.
If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable legislation, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
28. Entry into Force
This Agreement enters into force electronically when the Buyer completes the required confirmation steps and submits the order.
By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that the applicable pre-contractual information and this Agreement have been made available before conclusion of the transaction and that the order creates an obligation to pay the total amount displayed during checkout.
