Main Characteristics of the Goods<\/h2>\nThe main characteristics of the goods, including the product name, model, material, dimensions, quantity, contents and other relevant specifications, are provided on the relevant product page and, where applicable, in the cart and checkout summary.\n\nThe consumer should review the product information before completing the purchase.\n

    11. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>

    The designated return carrier for each order will normally be the same shipping carrier used to deliver that specific order to the consumer, unless Yi\u011fitSteel provides different return instructions.<\/p>

    The consumer should contact online@yigitkitchen.com.tr<\/strong> before dispatching the return in order to receive the return instructions and, where available, the return shipping code applicable to that specific order.<\/p>

    Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer legislation and the pre-contractual information provided for the relevant order.<\/p>\n

    12. Refunds<\/h2>

    Following a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed within the periods and under the conditions required by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
