1. Delivery Area<\/h2>\n\n

Online orders placed through yigitkitchen.com.tr are currently delivered within T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

International delivery is not currently offered through the standard online checkout unless otherwise expressly stated.<\/p>\n\n

2. Order Processing<\/h2>\n\n

Orders are processed after the order and, where applicable, payment information has been successfully received and confirmed.<\/p>\n\n

Orders may be subject to verification before preparation for shipment, including payment, stock, address and transaction security checks where necessary.<\/p>\n\n

    Once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider, it may not always be possible to change the delivery address.<\/p>\n\n

    10. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n

      11. Failed Delivery<\/h2>\n\n

      If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient cannot be reached, the address is incomplete or incorrect, or for another delivery-related reason, the shipping provider may attempt redelivery, hold the parcel at a delivery location or return the shipment to Yi\u011fitSteel according to its operational procedures.<\/p>\n\n

      If an undelivered parcel is returned to us, we will review the order and contact the customer where necessary to determine the appropriate next step.<\/p>\n\n

      Any additional shipping costs will be handled according to the reason for the failed delivery, applicable contractual conditions and mandatory consumer legislation.<\/p>\n\n

      12. Split Shipments<\/h2>\n\n

      Where operationally necessary, products included in the same order may be dispatched in more than one parcel.<\/p>\n\n

      Where this occurs, the customer may receive separate shipment or tracking information for each parcel.<\/p>\n\n
